The basics of SEO, be informative!
Who ever you are writing for or what ever you are writing about, there must be information in there that people want to read. The content needs to reflect your targeted keywords.

By staying informative, try to stick to the point. Dont go off on a tangent and try to stick to the matter at hand. The introductory paragraph should have your keyword at the heart of it to stand out to the users eye as well as the search engine spider bots. Do not overload each paragraph with information as spiders might consider it spam.

SEO Keywords
Once you know what your writing about and have your keywords, you need to make the most of them so the search engines have half a chance. You dont want to overuse your keywords but must make sure they are included in your body text too. DO NOT spam your keywords all over a page, or hide them in hidden text repeatedly.

Stragically place your keywords in free flowing text which is easy to read, as well as in headings and image alt tags.

Keywords are the words and phrases that people are searching for so you have to get them right! Do you research and have a clear set of keywords before your structure your writing around them.

Clear content
The content on the page needs to be crystal clear. Use paragraphs with headers and sub headings with adequate spacing. We might be writing for search engines, but the user who comes through to the site needs to have clear information for them to stay and not exit.
